Kuhn Natchanun is co-founder partner of the firm since 2013.
She graduated from Thammasat University with LL.B. in 2004 and joined University trainee program at Office of Phuket Public Prosecution as a trainee training directly with Deputy of Provincial Chief Public Prosecutor (Position: Senior Expert Public Prosecutor) for several months in 2003, having started her working life after serving the lawyer license and barrister-at-law degree rapidly in 2006 as a junior litigator at Paul’s International Law Office in Phuket before shifting laterally to the in-house legal function as a Lawyer supervising Property Registration Division at Laguna Resorts and Hotels Public Co., Ltd. of area practice in Phuket and Bangkok , where her scope of work extended beyond all kind of property registrations, it was included drafting, reviewing several contracts and legal team management.
In 2009, she relocated in Bangkok to be a legal manager and senior lawyer at Maxwell Legal Firm specialized in Immigration matters and business consulting with responsibility of selecting the right junior lawyers from outset, building lawyer team and supervising for variety sections ; litigation section, registration, drafting contracts, corporate formation, restructuring the company, immigration section and investigation section. After all management responsibilities for over 4 years including legal role at Laguna Resorts and Hotels Public Co., Ltd., she decided to shift to the litigator in 2011 and relocated in Phuket to work at Bay Shore Co., Ltd. having real estate business in Phuket which laterally restructured shareholder and founders, therefore she shifted to work at UDS International Law Office and J.C. Group Co., Ltd, having branches in Phuket, Krabi and Phan-Nga, handling a variety of different types of cases.
